- Apply to clean skin free of powders, moisturizers, deodorants, oils, or fragrances. We recommend wearing a breast petal if you are applying over the nipple. Cut the length you desire, remove the paper and work from bottom to top for a fuller lift.
- To remove, dampen the back of the tape where it meets the skin with an oil and gently pull off. If any adhesive residue remains, use baby oil to remove.
